Sunbelt Realty property managers are Realtor® members of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors®. We gladly cooperate with our fellow Realtors® by providing opportunities to match your clients with top-notch Southern Nevada properties, and we pay generous commisions to those who show and lease our properties.

You will find our properties ready to show, with application forms and Realtor® Referral forms on site in most cases. Referral fees are paid promptly after the lease is signed and the initial rent paid. n accordance with Nevada law, Leasing Fees are paid to your broker with your ID cross-referenced in the check.

New Management Accounts

We also pay a referral fee for new property management accounts. Fees are paid as soon as the management contract is executed. Let us know about your investor-buyers, we'll provide the best property management services available in Southern Nevada.

Whenever you show our properties, or refer your buyer, we honor your relationship with your client. Our software tracks prior Realtor® relationships, so that you remain the clent's agent for future listings and sales, while we  handle the property management duties.

Referral Forms

In order to insure prompt payment of all referral fees, referring Realtors® need to register in writing the referred party and provide their Broker information and Public ID. Find the form, as well as our tenant application package, on the Online Forms page.

You will need to fax forward the form for each referral or lease to ERA Sunbelt. The forms are provided on site at each listing location, or you can download them. Please fax the completed form to Sunbelt Realty at 702-364-1699.
