Our trust relationship with our clients (the property owners) requires that we employ appropriately licensed contractors, fully qualified in the fields in which they operate, and who prove adequate liability and workman's compensation insurance coverage. We require open account billing, and usually pay within 15 or fewer days of invoicing.
