Sam Baird

Sam Baird graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, venture finance, and technology commercialization. In addition to his juris doctorate, he obtained his master's in intellectual property management and markets from the Illinois Institute of Technology. While attending school, Samuel successfully built a six-figure consulting business and understands the unique challenges any business owner may face.

Sam has spent the last decade helping startups and midsize businesses structure their intangible assets for seed and series funding, along with mergers and acquisitions. Sam has played a critical role in multimillion-dollar negotiations and acquisitions as an attorney for business sales, land-purchase agreements, patent licenses, and mergers and acquisitions within almost every industry. Utilizing this one-of-a-kind experience and education, he can find the hidden value in any transaction, no matter the size of the company.

Sam is extremely experienced and qualified with regard to valuation, financing, and creative deal structuring. He prides himself on his negotiating skills and being able to bridge the gaps that lead to successful transactions.  Leveraging his experience as an attorney, he quickly identifies and resolves any potential areas of risk to allow a transaction to close fast and efficiently.
